The kneading capacities are available in six sizes: 75ml, 300ml, 500ml, 1,000ml, 3,000ml, and 5,000ml. The rotors come in various types: Banbury type, cam type, roller type, CTEM type, and CTEF type. The shape of the rotor and the kneading capacity can be customized according to your requirements.
The chamber and rotor have a surface hardness of Hv2100, are resistant to acids and alkalis, and can knead various fillers. Additionally, the materials and coatings of the chamber and rotor can be customized to suit specific applications (materials resistant to strong acids and strong alkalis can be selected).
With the CT-TORQUE software, kneading information (motor torque, temperature, rotation speed) can be observed and recorded in real-time on a PC, and this information can be exported to Excel for analysis.
