Electrode materials for lithium-ion batteries: Lithium-rich positive electrode materials

Continuing research and development to improve battery capacity, aiming for practical application! Here is an introduction to lithium excess type positive electrode materials.

We synthesized a lithium-rich positive electrode material with a certain chemical composition and also created a coating electrode ink using this positive electrode material. This ink was applied to an aluminum current collector to be used as an electrode, and a test lithium-ion battery was created using lithium metal as the counter electrode. A standard carbonate-based electrolyte was used, and the electrochemical characteristics were measured using conventional measurement methods for lithium-ion batteries. As a result, we were able to create a lithium-ion battery with a large capacity of approximately 265 mAh/g initially under a 0.1C current measurement condition, and it maintained 215 mAh/g even after 40 cycles. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Recycling technology for waste plastics (PE・PP)

It is possible to restore the mechanical strength of plastic to the level of new resin pellets!

The "Waste Plastic Recycling Technology" can restore the mechanical strength of plastics to the level of new resin pellets, particularly by improving properties such as toughness. We have recently received a license from Fukuoka University and have installed an extruder in-house that can implement this technology. We aim to prototype and manufacture recycled resin pellets from waste plastics, offer measurement services for the mechanical strength of these materials, explore molded products, and pursue mass production commercialization using this innovative technology. Currently, the main materials successfully restoring resin properties and toughness are waste plastics of PE and PP. In the future, we plan to consider different types of waste plastics as well. Please feel free to consult us for any technical inquiries or other questions. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

100% natural biomass-based plasticizer

100% natural biomass-based plasticizer. Its effectiveness has been confirmed for polar resins and other natural resins.

In recent years, the problem of environmental destruction caused by plastic waste has become serious, and particularly the issue of microplastics in the oceans is reaching a catastrophic level that is destroying ecosystems globally. Furthermore, there have been recent reports that nanoplastics are also floating in the air we breathe, indicating that plastics are already entering our bodies. In response to such issues, our company has been producing 100% natural biomass-based biodegradable plastics, 100% natural biomass-based biodegradable resin coating materials, and biomass paints. This time, we have created a plasticizer made from natural biomass biodegradable resin. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Plant-based biodegradable bags from biomass.

Reduce plastic pollution and carbon dioxide emissions! Limit the use of petroleum resources and use plant-based materials.

This product is a biodegradable film bag that decomposes into water and carbon dioxide through microbial action under appropriate conditions, making it suitable for composting. It can help reduce plastic pollution such as microplastics and nanoplastics. By minimizing the use of petroleum resources and utilizing carbon-neutral plant-based materials, it is possible to reduce carbon dioxide emissions compared to regular polyethylene shopping bags. Decomposition is promoted in high temperatures and humidity, so please use it within six months from the date of purchase. 【Specifications (excerpt)】 ■ Color: Semi-transparent ■ Thickness: 0.06mm ■ Dimensions (Height × Width × Gusset): 400 × 230 × (60 + 60) mm ■ Material: Biodegradable resin ■ Plant biomass content: 40–50% *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

SANWA MASSO ROSIN

It can be used for printing inks, adhesives, synthetic rubber, paints, and more!

We would like to introduce our product, "SANWA MASSO ROSIN." In Vietnam, GUM ROSIN is typically produced by distilling pine resin sourced from Cambodian pine, which is inexpensive but has lower performance. To enhance performance, we distill high-function GUM ROSIN from pine resin sourced from Taiwan red pine, which is commonly used in Chinese ROSIN. It can be used in various applications, including sizing agents for paper chemicals, coating agents, paper strength enhancers, printing inks, adhesives, synthetic rubber, and paints. 【Functions】 ■ Adhesive properties ■ Surfactant for improved dispersion and emulsification ■ Emulsifier for rubber polymerization ■ Hydrophobic treatment *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Plastic made from rice as an alternative to petroleum-based resins【Rice Resin】.

Domestic biomass plastic derived from non-edible rice【Rice Resin】

"Rice resin" is a thermoplastic biomass plastic that has comparable cost, moldability, and strength to general-purpose plastics, while not producing harmful gases such as dioxins when incinerated. It can contribute to reducing food waste and decreasing petroleum-based plastics. Rice resin can be molded as a standalone material, but we recommend blending it with existing resins as a rice MB. Currently, we have three grades: PP grade containing 70% rice [R70J-1], PP containing 55% rice [R55J-1], and PE containing 50% rice for inflation molding and extrusion [R50E-4]. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
