Translation services for certificates, family registers, resident cards, and more. Here are the steps to follow if it is difficult for you to come to our company.
1) Please send the original document to our company. 2) Once received, we will inform you of the cost and the shortest delivery time. 3) Full payment in advance is required. Please make the transfer. (If you cannot pick up the completed work in person, please add 500 yen for shipping to your transfer.) 4) Please notify us once you have made the transfer. After confirming the payment, we will immediately call the client to verify the readings of all proper nouns in the original document. If you are unsure, please consult your family or friends and contact us promptly. We will start the translation once the readings of the proper nouns are confirmed. 5) Once completed, we will contact you at the provided phone number. Please let us know the date and time you can pick it up. If you cannot pick it up, an additional 500 yen for shipping will be added. 6) You are welcome to visit us to collect the completed work. If you cannot pick it up, we will send it to you using the shipping fee provided in advance. (Note) For deliveries with translation certification, only the paper with the certificate will be provided.
