Plastic Material Identification Device "Plashiru"
Easy to carry and usable anywhere! Comparison with 12 types of plastic waveform data.
"Plashiru" is a handheld plastic material identification device that uses near-infrared spectroscopy. It consists of a sensor unit with a built-in reading sensor and a tablet that displays the identification results. The material identification tasks, which often relied on the veteran's experience regarding texture, elasticity, smell, and burning characteristics, can now be performed by "anyone," "easily," and "with the same standards." In easy mode, to investigate "what kind of material" a certain plastic is, it measures waveform data and identifies the material by comparing it with 12 types of pre-registered data. 【Features】 ■ Illuminates the target object with near-infrared light and measures the waveform of the reflected light ■ Handheld plastic material identification device using near-infrared spectroscopy ■ Composed of a sensor unit with a built-in reading sensor and a tablet that displays the identification results ■ Enables material identification tasks to be performed by "anyone," "easily," and "with the same standards" ■ The pro mode includes a matching judgment function and a library registration function *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
