Product Introduction: This device is divided into upper and lower conveyors, with the upper layer serving as the assembly line and the lower layer functioning as the empty tray return line. It is necessary to combine a simple lift conveyor at the front and back of the free flow conveyor. This facilitates the return of empty trays to the lower conveyor and supplies empty trays to the upper conveyor. Auxiliary mechanisms will be installed on the assembly line according to the needs of each station. By combining the Free Flow transport line with the stopper mechanism, the temporary storage effect for accumulated parts is suitable for the different working times of each station. Utilizing the temporary storage function also enhances the effectiveness of parts work at each workstation. The working time is extended without a decrease in efficiency.
