The "me-□□□ADP series" is a precision dew point gas generator that supports large capacities with a humidity gas volume flow rate of 100L/min or more. Heating of the saturation tank is done with a heater, and cooling is performed using a chiller. It supports PC control that allows data to be exported to CSV files via communication with a laptop and USB port, as well as automatic program operation.
