Since our founding in 1897, we have aimed to closely observe the progress and development of science and technology in every era and to respond accurately to the needs of society. Amidst the diverse changes of the times, we have cherished the unique spirit of initiative and creativity of Kyoto, which can be considered the birthplace of modern science in our country, and have continued our journey to this day. Thanks to your support and understanding, we currently handle a wide range of fields, from physical and chemical instruments and analytical equipment to environmental testing devices and research facilities, and our activities have expanded from the entire Kyoto and Shiga regions to Nara and northern Osaka areas.
