[Example] Air Conditioning and Refrigerant Piping Nitrogen Purging Work

Prevent the occurrence of scale in the piping! We will reduce the causes of air conditioning equipment failures.

We would like to introduce a case study of nitrogen purging work for air conditioning and refrigerant piping using the high-pressure nitrogen-enriched gas generator "HND-4640B" and the nitrogen gas generator for purging "SLF-5000-1P." When heating copper pipes during soldering work, scale forms on the pipes, so performing nitrogen purging can prevent the generation of that scale. By connecting a nitrogen gas generator that produces high concentration nitrogen gas from the low-pressure port (0.IIIPa) of this device, and using that high concentration nitrogen gas (over 98%) as purging gas during soldering work, we can prevent the formation of scale inside the pipes and reduce the causes of equipment failure in air conditioning systems.
