High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) column for the purification of synthetic oligonucleotides.

The OligoSep Prep HC Cartridge manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) is a column for the purification of oligonucleotides using ion-pair reverse phase HPLC. It uses porous beads made of alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene (PS-DVB). Due to the porous nature of the beads, the surface area is increased, allowing for the purification of larger amounts of samples. It can be used for the purification of synthetic oligos. It is compatible with various types of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. By using ADS Biotec's buffer as the mobile phase, high-precision separation can be achieved. Additionally, by following the procedures outlined in the instruction manual and washing the column with 75% acetonitrile, the column can be reused multiple times.
