The maximum operating pressure is 0.98 MPaG for the shell side and 0.49 MPaG for the tube side. We also manufacture a type with a bypass circuit inside the tube bundle (indicated by "-R" at the end of the model number). The "ALC40-T" is a line capper that shortens changeover time and is convenient for frequent changeovers with its temporary and final tightening features. With a touch panel, it allows for presetting of 10 channels of tightening torque. Our in-house developed servo control system achieves low torque tightening of less than 0.5N. Line Capper "LC40-T"

The winding torque is set via the touch panel! Products outside the good quality range will be ejected outside the system.

The "LC40-T" is a line capper capable of high-speed processing, designed to grip and transport containers while tightening caps. When the cap is temporarily tightened by hand on the container, the gripper belt or disc roller driven by a servo motor clamps the cap from both sides and tightens it with a consistent torque.
