Induction heating application examples by purpose: Material hardening
Shortening the curing time
Hardening involves any process used to initiate structural changes at the chemical or molecular level in polymer materials such as epoxy, phenolic, polyester, and silicone, or to exert catalytic effects. These materials are applied in various products aimed at adhesion, protective coatings, sealing, and insulation. Typically, induction heating is used for heating metals and other conductive materials, but by using conductive metals as a susceptor for heat conduction, efficient heating can also be achieved in plastics and other non-conductive materials. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
