Resolving paint import troubles due to strengthened regulations in China! Acting as a local procurement agent with expertise gained from chemical sales.

<<Customer's Concern>> Company F, which manufactures industrial machinery in Japan and has a track record of sales to China, needed "repair" paint purchased domestically to maintain the equipment sold locally. However, they were troubled by the inability to import it due to regulatory issues in China. They contacted us after viewing our agency's export and import achievements on our website. <<Proposed Solution until Resolution>> Since importing the specified paint was not possible, we collaborated with our Shenzhen office to inquire with a Japanese manufacturer that has a local presence in China about products that are equivalent to domestic ones and can be color-matched. They introduced us to alternative products that could be procured locally. Although the specified color from Company F had no manufacturing record in China, we sent a color sample to the manufacturer to assess the feasibility of color matching.
