Sintered filters are commonly made from metals, but there are many cases where resins are used due to chemical resistance issues. However, to create filters with a small average pore diameter, resins with small particle sizes are necessary. The reality is that such resins are not widely available in the market. This product is made from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene with very small particles, allowing for the production of polyethylene porous sintered filters with uniform pore diameters due to its spherical shape and narrow particle size distribution.
