The LF series comes with all the necessary equipment packaged together and employs a Q-switched pulsed ytterbium fiber laser, enabling marking even on highly reflective materials like metals! This time, we tried marking a QR code on an aluminum plate to see if it could be recognized. Despite being a compact machine, the "LF series" laser marker is equipped with a high-output laser, allowing for clear marking on various metals. In the previous issue, we examined the differences based on laser output, and now we present the second installment of the marking line verification project! This time, we fixed the laser output at 60% and changed the scanning speed to see what changes occur in the marking line when marking on a stainless steel plate. Our quantum dots are produced using the Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) method. The MBE method is a technique that grows crystals on a substrate by evaporating elemental materials from a crucible in a growth chamber maintained at ultra-high vacuum.
