[Processing Report] Welding of Medium Carbon Steel

This report introduces the application of butt welding in "welding of medium carbon steel (S45C)." S45C is a medium carbon steel that contains 0.45% carbon, which has a high hardening effect but is prone to cracking during welding. Therefore, in this welding process, we aimed for a clean surface without cracks. Additionally, we conducted dye penetrant testing to detect cracks more accurately.
