GMR Series Environmental Resistant Semi-Absolut Linear Encoder

It is a robust high-resolution linear encoder with a heat resistance of 120°C. Since no electronic components are used inside the sensor, it has excellent environmental resistance.

The "environmentally resistant semi-absolute linear encoder" is a robust high-resolution linear encoder that can withstand temperatures of up to 120°C. It measures displacement signals absolutely using each sleeve pair (with a pitch of 51.2mm or 25.6mm), increments the count of pitch numbers when exceeded, and combines both sets of data to perform displacement measurement in 24 bits as a semi-absolute linear encoder. Since no electronic components are used inside the sensor, it has excellent environmental resistance. It can be integrated into hydraulic cylinders and used in equipment machinery such as steel mills. We have developed three types in the series to suit various applications, and a conduit mount type is also available.
