We propose a parts feeder for automotive components equipped with a soundproof cover. To address one of the issues faced by parts feeders, namely noise, we have manufactured it in a full-cover format that almost entirely encloses the parts feeder with a soundproof cover. The thickness of the soundproof cover can be adjusted according to the customer's installation environment, the type and characteristics of the workpieces, and the soundproofing standards. At Shinwa Giken, we have accumulated extensive experience in the automatic alignment of workpieces for automotive components, particularly in electronic control systems (resin gears).
