In collaboration with our hard chrome plating factory, we are able to support the regeneration processing of rods and shafts during the repair and maintenance of existing equipment, in addition to new processing.

The grinding machine is a device that processes workpieces by applying a rotating grinding wheel, and it offers better dimensional accuracy and surface roughness compared to lathe and machining processes. Our company owns three cylindrical grinding machines, one surface grinding machine, and one cylindrical buffing machine. [Cylindrical Grinding Machine] The cylindrical grinding machine is mainly used as a process before and after hard chrome plating. It processes surfaces suitable for plating as a pre-plating operation and finishes dimensions and the plated surface after plating. In the repair work of rods and shafts, it is necessary to grind off the existing plated areas, but by simultaneously grinding and removing scratches during this process, it is possible to regenerate a clean surface without changing the dimensions. [Cylindrical Buffing Machine] It is capable of achieving a glossy, mirror-finish on the surface of the material. We perform this after chrome plating, achieving "a glossy and beautiful surface (improved surface roughness)," "enhanced lubricity," and "removal of fine burrs." Our double-sided grinding and lapping technology does not use magnets for workpiece fixation; instead, it performs grinding and polishing by sandwiching the workpiece between upper and lower rotating grinding stones. This allows us to accommodate various materials, including non-magnetic materials and difficult-to-machine materials. For exterior components of food packaging machines, we perform machining after flat grinding to ensure flatness. In the processing of mirror components for medical devices, we use a combination of grinding and lapping to achieve a thickness of 1mm in brass material.
