The "ABP2" is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor that provides digital output for reading pressure over a specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range. The sensor's offset, sensitivity, temperature characteristics, and accuracy errors (including non-linearity, reproducibility, and hysteresis) are calibrated for temperature characteristics using an onboard application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) and temperature compensation. The low-pressure sensor measures dynamic pressure and short-term static pressure from vacuum up to 10 bar. It is characterized by a high resonance frequency and high resolution. The charge signal generated by the sensor is converted into an output voltage proportional to the charge by a charge amplifier. The output voltage is not affected by the length of the cable connecting the sensor and the charge amplifier. The output of the charge amplifier is ±10V. The output of sensor 7261 reaches a maximum sensitivity of 0.001 bar/V.
