Evolved servo performance, compact and lightweight, achieving energy efficiency!
■ Speed Frequency Response
With the newly developed current control, the speed frequency response has been increased to 3.5 kHz. This improves the machining quality of mechanical devices.
■ Expansion of Output in High-Speed Range
The maximum rotational speed of the servo motor has been increased to 6500 min-1. The application of high-speed operation and new PWM control expands the output range of the motor.
■ High-Resolution Encoder
Encoders with a standard resolution of 23 bits and a maximum of 27 bits are available. Control suitable for high-resolution encoders is implemented, achieving high precision and stable positioning.
■ Improved Reliability and Maintainability
By predicting the remaining lifespan of the holding brake during braking operations and optimizing the control of the inrush current prevention circuit, failures of the holding brake and electronic components are prevented. Additionally, monitoring the main circuit input voltage and detecting overvoltage in the control power supply is possible. This contributes to reducing downtime through early detection of abnormal causes.
■ Compact, Lightweight, and Energy-Efficient
Compared to conventional products, the motor weight is reduced by up to 28%, and the amplifier weight by up to 5%, while the overall length of the motor is shortened by up to 22%. Furthermore, energy losses in the motor are reduced by up to 8%, in the amplifier by up to 22%, and brake power consumption by up to 44%.
