We would like to introduce an example of mold forming processing conducted by Seibu Corporation. Products with inserts on the "front" and "back." Our molding machines are equipped with cameras. There were instances where the insert parts would fall, and we were cautious every time we closed the mold. Injection molding and simple molds

We will respond to medium and small lot production and mass production using simple molds (prototype molds) for injection molding.

Injection molding involves pouring melted resin (plastic) into a mold to create parts that conform to the shape of the mold. At Zen, we manufacture simple molds and perform injection molding to accommodate medium-lot production of resin parts and small-scale mass production. These simple molds (prototype molds) are made from easily machinable materials like aluminum, allowing for quick production of molds. Additionally, by making the molds cassette-style, we can standardize the mold base, which allows us to reduce the size of the molds themselves, thereby lowering costs and shortening delivery times compared to mass production molds. Since the molds are made from materials like aluminum or ZAS, their lifespan is shorter compared to mass production molds, with shot counts around 10,000 shots (depending on the shape). "Do you need a relatively large number of plastic parts!?" "The cost of mass production molds is too high. Can it be cheaper!?" "Is verification with the same molding material as mass production necessary!?" This is recommended for such situations. Our simple molds are original cassette-type molds that offer short delivery times and low prices. Prototyped injection molded products can be produced in minimum lots starting from just one piece. We are working with the fastest mold design software in the world, TopMold, and integrating it with TopCam, which does not require intermediate data, to achieve "the optimal product in the fastest time." For the current project, the prototype molded product made from polyester-based elastomer will be sampled within 7 days after the order is placed. We can also accommodate production molds and production lots. The transition from simple molds to production molds is consistently smooth. Supported materials include ABS, AS, PP, PE, PS, PET, PMMA, PA, PC, POM, PBT, PPE, PPS, PVC, elastomers, PLA, recycled plastics, and others.
