The Japanese web production industry should be like this! A perspective from someone who has been involved since the dawn of web business.
In the past, there were many OA companies in Japan that specialized in the proliferation of PCs, handling the purchase, installation, and support (for inquiries about malfunctions or usage) of corporate PCs and software. However, now, companies that outsource such services as standalone entities have almost disappeared. In small and medium-sized enterprises, it is common for knowledgeable employees in the general affairs department to handle these issues, or for system-related employees to manage them as a side task. In Japan, there are still many struggles in providing support, and companies often outsource to specialized firms (including web production companies), general advertising agencies, or internet-focused advertising agencies. Many of these tasks have become less of a trial-and-error process in the United States, allowing companies to focus on tasks that yield better results.
