High-precision reflector made by joining three mirrors at 90°.
Self-compensating mirror that is completely unrelated to position, tilt, or motion.
【Features】
○ When parallel beams are incident, the incoming light returns to the light source regardless of the physical axis. It is a structure that combines three surface reflection mirrors so that the corners of the mirrors are at right angles to each other. There is no material absorption or chromatic aberration like in prism-type corner cubes.
○ Mirrors with coatings suitable for the wavelength can be selected. Mirror coatings with maximum reflectivity in ultraviolet, visible, and infrared. Products can be manufactured at a lower cost with better accuracy than prisms.
○ PLX's retroreflectors are used in military, commercial, and aerospace applications.
