For experienced operators, by determining a few tips such as the length of the nozzle and the position of the item relative to the nozzle based on the softness of the bag, it is possible to achieve nearly the same finish. However, there may be instances where the operator changes, or someone inexperienced is working, and sometimes they may get distracted during the process. In such cases, this feature allows for sealing at the set vacuum level, ensuring a stable finish.
