When using a nozzle-type vacuum packaging machine with two nozzles to perform gas replacement in a bag, one nozzle fills the gas while the other nozzle evacuates air. If the balance between the amount of gas being filled and the amount being evacuated is not maintained, the bag will gradually inflate or deflate during the replacement (alternating filling and evacuation) or circulation (filling while evacuating) processes. Additionally, the gas pressure changes due to the remaining amount in the gas cylinder, causing fluctuations in the flow rate of the gas and resulting in inconsistencies in the final product. By installing a flow meter, it became possible to visually monitor and adjust the amounts of gas being filled and evacuated, as well as the inflow and outflow. We would like to introduce a device that offers higher safety. The shutter closes before the seal bar does. 1. First, the shutter with a sponge closes with a weak force. Even if a finger gets caught at this moment, the closing force is weak, and the sponge part ensures that the finger does not get hurt. 2.
