The collaborative robot duAro, which contributes to the SDGs, is transforming recycling sites.
Introduction to solutions for waste processing utilizing collaborative robots.
One trend in the field of industrial robots is collaborative robots. Unlike traditional industrial robots, which had to be physically isolated from humans for safety reasons, collaborative robots can work side by side with people in the same space. These compact, flexible, and easy-to-use "human-coexisting robots" lower the barriers to robot adoption and are emerging as new forces in industries such as food, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals, where robots have not been utilized before. We spoke with the project manager of the Environmental Plant Department at the Environmental Plant Division of Kawasaki Heavy Industries Energy Solutions & Marine Company about the new work environments that collaborative robots are expanding. *For more details on the interview, please refer to the related catalog.
