Autonomous Mobile Robot (AMR) [*Free presentation materials introducing operational examples*]
Good news for the introduction of unmanned transport vehicles! With a positioning accuracy of ±5mm, loading and unloading can also be automated! Route setting is easy, and it is possible to handle cargo transfer with the AMR alone.
"OASIS" is an autonomous mobile robot (AMR) equipped with two LiDAR sensors mounted at the front and back, along with a control algorithm, achieving a positioning accuracy of ±5mm. It has a high self-localization capability, allowing it to operate even when the match rate with map information decreases. Additionally, if it adjusts its position to pass by other AMRs, it can return to its accurate path and continue its operation. [Recommended for these concerns regarding unmanned transport vehicles, AGVs, and AMRs!] ◎ We want to automate not only the transport between processes but also the loading and unloading before and after travel. ◎ We want to reduce costs for coordinating the transport robot with the devices at the front and back. ◎ We have automated transport between processes, but errors frequently occur during the handover of goods. ◎ Mapping is required every time there is a change in the environment, leading to inefficiencies. ◎ We want to achieve automation while utilizing existing carts. *For more details, please refer to the materials available for download in the catalog.
