We would like to introduce the case of Hoshino Resort OMO7 Asahikawa implementing 'F-RevoCRM'. Regarding the banquet business that hosts commemorative events and parties for companies and organizations, corporate sales activities are necessary, marking the first venture for the Hoshino Group in this area. Because this is a first-time endeavor, sales activities were conducted without an established sales foundation, raising concerns that sales efforts could become overly reliant on individual members.
