Additionally, stainless steel is also used for the actuator, eliminating worries about corrosion from external harsh environments or condensation. ■Seal The sealing of the flow path is reliably achieved by pressing the PTFE sealing attached to the stem against the SUS body valve seat. The stem side and actuator are isolated by a diaphragm, so there is no concern about contamination from wetted sliding parts or contamination from external environments. ■No Residuals There is almost no liquid pooling.
