Introduction to PC (Polycarbonate)

Introduction to PC (Polycarbonate)

PC is the only resin among general-purpose engineering plastics that has transparency. Therefore, it is widely used in optical systems. It also excels in strength and dimensional stability, particularly demonstrating the best cost performance in impact resistance. However, it is inferior in chemical resistance and abrasion resistance, so it should be avoided for use around chemicals or outdoors.

Introduction to MC Nylon

Introduction to MC Nylon

MC nylon is an engineering plastic that has evolved from commonly used nylon resin for industrial applications. It has excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance, but its high water absorption rate means it does not excel in dimensional stability. If dimensional stability is a priority, consider using POM or a grade with excellent weather resistance.
