Here is an example of a product with double R bends. When forming R bends using a mold, it is difficult to predict the effects of springback, and it is believed that considerable time is required for mold design and fabrication. In particular, the material used this time is spring steel (SUS304CSP-1/2H), and due to the strict conditions and the complexity of the double R bends, the mold structure is also complicated.
