Sheath outer diameter Φ1.8mm seed heater 'Narrow Diameter Seed Heater'

The outer diameter of the sheath is φ1.8mm, allowing for free and complex bending and winding processes. Products with various resistance values can be produced.

Generally, heaters with a thin sheath outer diameter, such as Φ1.8mm, are called "micro heaters." The characteristic of a "micro heater" is that it uses a straight heating wire. Our "thin sheath heater" uses a coiled heating wire while maintaining an outer diameter almost identical to that of a micro heater. Therefore, depending on the specifications of the heating wire, various resistance values can be selected, allowing for the production of thin sheath heaters with desired lengths and capacities.
