Bending processing is easy, and it can be made into various shapes! It is completely electrically insulated, allowing for direct heating and is safe.

The "sheath heater" is a heater that has a spiral heating element filled with a highly dense insulating material (MgO) in the center of a metal pipe for good thermal conductivity. The heating wire (nichrome wire, iron-chromium wire) is placed inside a metal tube (sheath) with magnesia as the insulating material, and the filling density is increased through a drawing process to facilitate the transfer of heat from the heating wire to the surface of the metal tube.
