The Film Heater Zabun is an ultra-thin flexible surface heater that sandwiches the heating element between polyimide sheets (insulators). It has a thickness of less than 0.35mm (excluding the lead extraction part), making it very thin. Since it uses polyimide sheets, it has excellent chemical resistance and can be processed into various shapes, including perforations. It is possible to adjust the heating intensity in specific areas or distribute the heating temperature uniformly across the surface. It is waterproof, allowing for use underwater. This is an application product of a silicone rubber heater designed for easy attachment and detachment to sanitary piping. Unlike heaters that wrap around the piping in a coiled manner, the heating and insulation sections are integrated, which improves temperature reproducibility when disassembling the piping for cleaning and sterilization.
