株式会社阪井金属製作所 Product Lineup

We would like to introduce a case where our products were implemented by Company N, a manufacturer of electrical and electronic components. The company was not willing to operate a factory for the very labor-intensive production of 40 to 50 different types, each requiring one unit. By taking on this labor-intensive production and responding smoothly, we became a strong partner. [Challenges] ■ The company did not operate a factory for the very labor-intensive production of 40 to 50 different types, each requiring one unit. ■ There were few companies willing to take on requests in the niche field of ultra-diverse products. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce our "can manufacturing" process. All of our craftsmen hold JIS Z3801 welding qualifications, and under a strict inspection system, we strive to ensure that the same quality can be provided regardless of which craftsman is producing the work. By having everyone possess the same skills rather than relying on a flow production system by specific individuals, we enable cell production, which allows us to respond to short delivery times and adhere to deadlines. 【Features】 ■ High quality, short delivery production ■ All members hold welding qualifications ■ Domestic manufacturing ■ From welding processing to five-sided machining *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
