Our factory (Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture) is currently conducting live machine demonstrations and trial processing with workpieces! The 'VERSEC-neo' is a conventional lathe equipped with an inverter drive for the main spindle and independent servo drives for the lead screw and feed. This allows for independent control of spindle speed and feed rate, enabling various cutting conditions that are not possible with traditional lathes. Additionally, the infinitely variable spindle and feed can significantly reduce machining time. Furthermore, it can minimize chipping and tool breakage, leading to reduced tool costs. Once a certain number of workpieces accumulate in the chute, the drum air is stopped. The workpieces are then fed and escaped using chute air, achieving the same operation as a vibrating parts feeder. It can be widely used in assembly devices, counting devices, and more. 4. Tool-less detachable covers for the drum and chute The covers for the drum and chute can be detached without tools, making maintenance easier than with conventional types.
