The precision leveler, which removes residual stress by allowing materials to pass in a wavy manner between more than 15 rollers, is a device that eliminates material coiling. Our "FL-2150" features a small roll on the material entrance side and a larger roll on the exit side. This unique arrangement of rolls with different diameters distinguishes it from conventional levelers and makes it suitable for manufacturing environments that require higher precision.

Mechanism Description The correction theory of the precision leveler has been demonstrated to remove the coiling tendency of materials and flatten them by applying changes to the yield point stress and residual stress as the material passes in a wavy shape between more than 13 rollers. It is theorized that the appropriate process involves starting with a large correction amount at the entrance and gradually decreasing it. When rollers are placed at positions connected by a straight line, the entrance roller becomes smaller while the exit roller becomes larger, resulting in different pitches between them. In this case, unlike conventional levelers that adjust the upper roller frame by tilting it (lowering the entrance side and raising the exit side), proper correction can be achieved simply by adjusting the correction amount in a horizontal position, significantly improving operability.

This is a device that places press-processed products into product boxes according to a specified quantity. If empty boxes are stacked, when one box reaches the specified quantity, it is moved, and the next empty box is taken out and placed in its designated position. Full boxes are moved to the loading position, and when the next full box arrives, the previous box is lifted, and the next box is placed underneath it. The stacked full boxes can be lowered onto a cart for movement and can be transported to another location as is. Empty boxes can be replenished as needed.

■Quick Die Change System for Transfer "Q-ACE α (Alpha)" Q-ACE α (Alpha) is a die set with multiple sizes and stages for Q-308 No.1 to No.5. It has a proven track record of creating die sets with an outer diameter of approximately 2500 mm, and there is a record of 16 stages for size No.2.
