This is a rotational and orbital mixer that improves stirring and degassing capabilities, realizing IoT for stirring and degassing processes through a dedicated app.

THINKY of "Awatori Rentaro" will launch a new product, the self-rotation and revolution mixer ARE-312. Compared to conventional self-rotation and revolution mixers, it has enhanced stirring and de-foaming power, allows for log storage via PC connection, and facilitates smoother examination of stirring conditions. Additionally, by using various dedicated applications, it enables control of stirring and de-foaming, achieving IoT compatibility, while also improving usability with an easy-to-read operation panel and the addition of a new impact sensor. ■ Features - Monitorable revolution speed during operation - Easy-to-read operation panel - Enhanced stirring and de-foaming power - Suppression of temperature rise in the main unit - Traceability support through communication functions and control from external devices - Ensured safety compliant with CE standards (EN61010-1:2010+A1:2019) - Capable of long-term operation with high-load materials (maximum operation time 30 minutes) - Improved safety with the addition of an impact sensor - Compatible with commercially available containers and customer containers (Containers and adapters for ARE-310 can also be used.) *Currently accepting reservations for free demos. Self-rotation and revolution mixer Awatori Rentaro ARE-400TWIN

Equipped with temperature monitoring function and independent variable mechanism for both rotation and revolution, it demonstrates power for high-density and high-viscosity fillers with a maximum rotation speed of 1600 rpm for both self-rotation and revolution.

A stirring and defoaming device with a dual-hanging system equipped with a self-rotation and revolution independent variable mechanism that can change the rotation ratio of self-rotation and revolution. It can handle a maximum of 500ml/800g (gross) of materials, allowing simultaneous stirring and defoaming. It is capable of stirring high-viscosity grease with a viscosity of 4,000 Pa·s. Additionally, it can be used in conjunction with a newly developed temperature sensor unit that allows real-time monitoring of the material temperature during stirring. This device strongly supports research and development of composites using thermosetting resins and various fillers. ■ Remote control and confirmation of operating conditions from an external PC or remotely is possible. ■ It excels in stirring and defoaming high-viscosity and high-specific-gravity fillers, expanding possibilities for high-value-added materials. ■ With the material temperature monitoring function (optional), it is possible to safely reproduce optimal stirring conditions even for materials that are difficult to manage in terms of temperature.
