Ultra-small, low-frequency quartz blanks can be bevel processed in just a few tens of minutes to one hour, and the throughput is significantly improved by the multi-head configuration.

Through transmitted light, the bevel shape of small crystal blanks and the height difference between any two points, such as the drop in the X and Y directions, as well as tiny chipping on the back that is usually not visible, can be inspected simultaneously.

• Optical Measuring Instruments

Wear-resistant, hard, high strength, static electricity prevention, low shrinkage; the addition of elastomers allows for adjustment of the elasticity modulus.
