Introduction of Surface Treatment Development and New Technologies

We will introduce Yoshida SKT's new technologies and developed products.

Surface treatment technology Ultra-thin film nano-coating technology 'TC-10S'

TC-10S is a super-thin film fluorine-based nano-coating technology. It excels in precision, visible light transmittance, water repellency, and oil repellency. We are currently providing materials.

The "Nano Process TC-10S" enables nano-coating with ultra-thin film surface treatment technology of less than 100μm, excelling in precision, visible light transmittance, water repellency, and oil repellency. It causes almost no dimensional changes and can maintain optical properties, making it possible to apply water-repellent and release processing to "precision parts" where fluororesin coating was difficult, as well as in fields that require high dimensional and surface accuracy. <Examples of Applications> - Sealing and water-repellent treatment for electronic devices and components - Water repellency for optical lenses - Prevention of oil diffusion in bearing components - Prevention of oil sludge in sealing components - Prevention of adhesion of flux and other substances - Measures against liquid drainage for resist liquids, etc. - Improvement of water repellency for scientific instruments Additionally, Nano Process has been renewed with three other new functions, each with different features and applications. Currently, we are offering technical documents summarizing the details of each series. *If you are interested in more details or are facing challenges with surface treatment in precision fields, please download the documents or contact us directly.

Introduction of the development product: Thin film fluororesin coating 10under.

This is a groundbreaking fluororesin coating that has made it possible to process thin films with a thickness of 10 μm, which was previously considered difficult to process.

■Development Background of Thin Film Fluororesin Coating "10under" Fluororesin coatings are sometimes requested to be processed in thin films of around 10μm when dimensional stability of the substrate is a priority. However, in the case of standard fluororesin coatings, a thickness of at least 20-50μm has been required to maintain good appearance and performance. Even so, when requests for thin film processing arise, we sometimes propose a "modified type" of fluororesin coating with a different coating structure. However, there were challenges with the modified type not being able to deliver the necessary functions. Yoshida SKT has worked on development to solve these challenges, resulting in the creation of the "Thin Film Fluororesin Coating '10under.'" ■Features of 10under - Non-stick properties equivalent to standard fluororesin coatings - Capable of processing thin films of around 10μm, reducing dimensional changes - While being a thin film, it suppresses transparency *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.*

Fluororesin coating that achieves both functionality and dimensional stability with a 10μm thin film.

A revolutionary thin-film fluororesin coating that achieves thin-film application while maintaining the performance of fluororesin coatings!

Solving the challenges of fluoropolymer coatings! Conventional fluoropolymer coatings required a thickness of 20-50μm to maintain good appearance and performance. However, the thick film affected the dimensional stability of the substrate. With its unique technology, 10under has achieved processing with a thin film of about 10μm. ■Features Processable with a film thickness of less than half of conventional coatings! (10μm) Reduces dimensional changes Suppresses transparency even with a thin film, achieving a beautiful appearance Available in two types: PFA and FEP, in two colors: black and green *For more details, please download the materials or contact us.

New Possibilities of Thin Film Fluororesin Coating '10under'

A groundbreaking thin-film fluororesin coating that achieves thin-film technology while maintaining the performance of fluororesin coatings!

The 10under thin film fluoropolymer coating possesses non-stick properties equivalent to standard fluoropolymer coatings while being processable at a thickness of approximately 10μm. As a result, the dimensional changes due to film thickness are reduced compared to the standard type. Additionally, despite being a thin film, it minimizes transparency and prevents aesthetic defects. When compared to other fluoropolymer coating products, it is generally considered that a thickness of at least 20-50μm is required to maintain good appearance and performance. Therefore, when requesting processing with a thin film like 10under, it was common to propose a "modified type" fluoropolymer coating; however, there are challenges where the modified type may not exhibit the necessary functions. 10under addresses such challenges and is capable of demonstrating high performance while being a thin film. For specific comparisons and detailed information, please check the link.

Evolved thin film fluoropolymer coating '10under'

This is a groundbreaking fluororesin coating that has achieved thin film processing at a film thickness of 10μm, which was previously difficult.

10under is a fluororesin coating that enables thin film processing at a film thickness of 10μm, which was previously difficult to achieve. Traditional fluororesin coatings required a thickness of about 20-50μm, but 10under can be processed with a thin film of about 10μm. **Benefits of 10UNDER** - Reduction of dimensional changes The thinning of the film can reduce dimensional changes in the substrate. - Suppression of transparency Despite being a thin film, it suppresses transparency and prevents appearance defects. - Minimization of thin plate deformation It can minimize the deformation of thin plate substrates. If you want the same non-stick properties as standard fluororesin coatings while suppressing transparency and preventing appearance defects, and if you want to minimize the deformation of thin plate substrates, please consider 10UNDER. You can check specific comparisons and detailed information via the link.

Transparent static electricity prevention fluororesin coating "Safron CC+"

Transparency intact, anti-static + anti-fouling + water and oil repellent applied to glass. A new standard for fluorine-based transparent anti-static coatings.

The "Safron CC+" CCC1-F100 is a fluorine-based transparent antistatic coating developed exclusively by Yoshida SKT, which can impart antistatic properties without compromising the transparency of glass substrates. Traditionally, the addition of conductive fillers was necessary for antistatic properties, which inevitably led to discoloration and reduced transparency of the coating film. This product addresses that issue, achieving antistatic performance with a surface resistivity of 10^5 to 10^7 Ω/sq while maintaining a transmittance of 85% (at 550nm). - Dirt resistance (resistance to marker contamination rated ○) - Water and oil repellency (contact angle 105 to 115 degrees) - Pencil hardness: 9H or higher - Processing temperature: 260 to 300 degrees Celsius - Suitable for processing on glass.
