We have completed the advanced energy-saving intelligent hydraulic control unit "Atsukan Servo/PQCS2 Series," which combines a direct drive hydraulic servo with excellent economic efficiency and a cylinder equipped with load and length measurement sensors, in an environment without control valves and piping. The data from the built-in position sensor and load sensor in the cylinder enables arbitrary load and positioning control. (The cylinder with load sensor has been patented in the United States, Japan, and eight European countries.) Positioning accuracy: ±0.02mm Load accuracy: ±3% High thrust with continuous holding capability.

In response to customer feedback, we have developed the drive unit section that was set with our Atsukan servo actuator as an independent unit. In addition to the existing small to medium flow servo units (1.1cc, 3.5cc, 11cc), we have now added larger flow servo units (19cc, 30cc, 40cc, 60cc) to our lineup. The addition of the large servo units enables high-speed operation at high thrust. Despite their size, they offer excellent energy efficiency (operating energy efficiency is 85-95%). They can be easily mounted on hydraulic actuators equipped with various length sensors and load sensors. Being hybrid, they use a small amount of operating oil, making them environmentally friendly servo units.

The electric gripper "ESG1 series" has achieved high-precision position and speed control through closed-loop control using a stepping motor and rotary encoder. The cam type, by adopting a unique structure, realizes high gripping force while being lightweight and compact. Combined with the screw type, there are four types of gripper bodies along with dedicated controllers and support software to meet various needs. Additionally, various options have been added.

- This is a compact air-oil cooler with high heat exchange efficiency. - It accommodates large flow rates with a large diameter port size. - Despite its small size, it is equipped with a powerful fan that delivers higher cooling capacity. - It is also available with an optional thermostat.

Despite its compact size, it achieves high output from the hydraulic rotary actuator and operates solely on 100V electrical wiring. This eliminates the need for hydraulic circuit design and piping work, allowing for a reduction in labor hours.
