The 21MPa specification position sensing hydraulic cylinder "PTT-2B series" is developed based on the general-purpose 21MPa specification hydraulic cylinder "210C-2 series," following the 7/14MPa specification position sensing hydraulic cylinder "PTN/PTH-1B series." It employs the same magnetostrictive sensor as the "PTN/PTH-1B series," enabling high-precision detection of absolute positions. There is no need for a switch for origin setting, and no correction is required.

However, due to the usage environment and the passage of time, while the main body may remain intact, wear parts such as seals in the sliding sections will wear out and need to be replaced. Therefore, we have prepared MRO parts such as packing and seals for overhauls, maintenance, and servicing. Additionally, we also offer maintenance and service kits for diaphragm pumps and valves handled by Parker TAIYO, in addition to cylinders.

In response to customer feedback, we have developed the drive unit section that was set with our Atsukan servo actuator as an independent unit. In addition to the existing small to medium flow servo units (1.1cc, 3.5cc, 11cc), we have now added larger flow servo units (19cc, 30cc, 40cc, 60cc) to our lineup. The addition of the large servo units enables high-speed operation at high thrust. Despite their size, they offer excellent energy efficiency (operating energy efficiency is 85-95%). They can be easily mounted on hydraulic actuators equipped with various length sensors and load sensors. Being hybrid, they use a small amount of operating oil, making them environmentally friendly servo units.

The "160S-1 series" thin hydraulic cylinder rated at 16MPa has added a variation with a "direct port specification" that allows for further compactness of the device by omitting piping space. Three types of piping methods are available: rod side, head side, and foot type, allowing for selection as needed. This also contributes to improved maintainability.

The "100Z-1 Series" round small-diameter hydraulic cylinder with a 10MPa specification has the same dimensions as the old 7MPa specification hydraulic cylinder "70Z-1 Series," but it has significantly improved operability during startup by adopting a float ring that incorporates a check valve mechanism in the cushion section. Additionally, the length of the cushion ring and the shape of related components have been reviewed to enhance the energy absorption capacity of the cushion. The adoption of a newly designed cushion valve has also made cushion adjustment easier, and furthermore, the nominal pressure has been increased to 10MPa. The expansion of the manufacturing stroke range for standard products and the use of hydrogenated nitrile rubber seals in sliding parts such as the gland make this a compact hydraulic cylinder that matches a wide range of operating environments.

This 100H-2 hydraulic cylinder has been designed to achieve significant weight reduction and compactness compared to our 70H-8 series.

The 16MPa double-acting compact hydraulic cylinder "160ST-1 Series" is a tie-rod type compact hydraulic cylinder that has some compatibility with TAIYO's thin hydraulic cylinder "160S-1 Series," which has a strong track record. It achieves space-saving similar to that of thin cylinders while also being lighter than thin cylinders. Additionally, we have made available large diameters ranging from φ100 to φ250, which were not present in the ST type of the "160S-1 Series."

This "210S-1 Series" is an optimal compact cylinder for situations where high pressure power is required in a small installation space. The 21MPa specification thin hydraulic cylinder is introduced with the industry's smallest mounting dimensions. Additionally, a switch set equipped with a magnetic proximity switch is also available as standard. Furthermore, since the mounting pitch is the same as our "100S-1 Series" and "160S-1 Series," changing the pressure due to product modifications can be done easily. With the introduction of the "210S-1 Series," TAIYO's space-saving hydraulic cylinders now offer a lineup of five series ranging from 3.5MPa to 21MPa, allowing for better series selection based on the customer's usage environment.
