Despite its compact size, it achieves high output from the hydraulic rotary actuator and operates solely on 100V electrical wiring. This eliminates the need for hydraulic circuit design and piping work, allowing for a reduction in labor hours.

The hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, as well as various hydraulic and pneumatic equipment handled by Parker TAIYO, are highly durable. However, due to the usage environment and the passage of time, while the main body may remain intact, wear parts such as seals in the sliding sections will wear out and need to be replaced. Therefore, we have prepared MRO parts such as packing and seals for overhauls, maintenance, and servicing. Additionally, we also offer maintenance and service kits for diaphragm pumps and valves handled by Parker TAIYO, in addition to cylinders.

In response to customer feedback, we have developed the drive unit section that was set with our Atsukan servo actuator as an independent unit. In addition to the existing small to medium flow servo units (1.1cc, 3.5cc, 11cc), we have now added larger flow servo units (19cc, 30cc, 40cc, 60cc) to our lineup. The addition of the large servo units enables high-speed operation at high thrust. Despite their size, they offer excellent energy efficiency (operating energy efficiency is 85-95%). They can be easily mounted on hydraulic actuators equipped with various length sensors and load sensors. Being hybrid, they use a small amount of operating oil, making them environmentally friendly servo units.

The "160S-1 series" thin hydraulic cylinder rated at 16MPa has added a variation with a "direct port specification" that allows for further compactness of the device by omitting piping space. Three types of piping methods are available: rod side, head side, and foot type, allowing for selection as needed. This also contributes to improved maintainability.

This is a pneumatic cylinder with a tie rod design equipped with a brake mechanism. It accommodates inner diameters from φ40 to φ100. We have also prepared a wide range of related components such as mounting brackets and compatible switches. The brake mechanism operates by exhausting air supplied to the brake unit port, allowing the built-in spring force to engage the brake. (Note: The double brake type has been discontinued.)

This is a tie rod type pneumatic cylinder based on the "10A-6 series" general-purpose pneumatic cylinder, equipped with a locking drop prevention mechanism. It accommodates inner diameters from φ40 to φ100. A wide variety of mounting brackets and compatible switches are also available.

We offer various pumps and suction pads from a compact vacuum unit that includes a vacuum pump, motor, vacuum switch, reserve tank, vacuum gauge, check valve, filter, solenoid valve, power lamp, vacuum pressure arrival lamp, and suction confirmation lamp, among others. Additionally, based on the vacuum unit, we have prepared many types of vacuum conveying devices (vacuum hoists, air balancers) tailored to the transported items according to their applications.

Our company's unique press-fitting management system, "Atsukan PQC Series," has a history of over 30 years and boasts more than 3,000 successful installations. Developed by a team of assembly machine professionals, it follows the AC servo nut runner designed to streamline screw tightening operations and ensure quality. This system consolidates the know-how of the press-fitting process, one of the assembly tasks, and is built on a highly reliable hydraulic cylinder.

The "100Z-1 Series" round small-diameter hydraulic cylinder with a 10MPa specification has the same dimensions as the old 7MPa specification hydraulic cylinder "70Z-1 Series," but it has significantly improved operability during startup by adopting a float ring that incorporates a check valve mechanism in the cushion section. Additionally, the length of the cushion ring and the shape of related components have been reviewed to enhance the energy absorption capacity of the cushion. The adoption of a newly designed cushion valve has also made cushion adjustment easier, and furthermore, the nominal pressure has been increased to 10MPa. The expansion of the manufacturing stroke range for standard products and the use of hydrogenated nitrile rubber seals in sliding parts such as the gland make this a compact hydraulic cylinder that matches a wide range of operating environments.

The 10MPa tie rod type hydraulic cylinder "100H-2 series" has been developed following the ISO standards, succeeding the 16MPa hydraulic cylinder "160H-1 series" and the thin type hydraulic cylinder "100S-1 series." This 100H-2 hydraulic cylinder has been designed to achieve significant weight reduction and compactness compared to our 70H-8 series.

We have traditionally offered a wide variety of thin hydraulic cylinders, and to better meet market demands, we have added small diameters of φ20 and φ25, as well as a large diameter of φ100, to our lightweight and long-lasting thin hydraulic cylinder "100S-1 series."

The 16MPa double-acting hydraulic cylinder "160H-1 Series" has been designed to pursue significant weight reduction and compactness compared to our "140H-8 Series." A switch set has been standardized for all inner diameters from φ32 to φ160, and the adoption of floating cushions has improved the startup performance. The rod series includes A and B rods as standard, and a wide range of related components such as support brackets, end fittings, and dust covers are also readily available.

The "HQS2 Series" thin hydraulic cylinder uses aluminum for the cylinder body, achieving weight reduction. It offers a wide variety of options, including inner diameters from φ20 to φ100, four types of support configurations, single rod, double rod, standard type, switch set, general-purpose type, and specifications for cutting materials, among others.

The 16MPa double-acting compact hydraulic cylinder "160ST-1 Series" is a tie-rod type compact hydraulic cylinder that has some compatibility with TAIYO's thin hydraulic cylinder "160S-1 Series," which has a strong track record. It achieves space-saving similar to that of thin cylinders while also being lighter than thin cylinders. Additionally, we have made available large diameters ranging from φ100 to φ250, which were not present in the ST type of the "160S-1 Series."

Our space-saving hydraulic cylinder has been enhanced with the addition of the 21MPa specification thin hydraulic cylinder "210S-1 Series." This "210S-1 Series" is an optimal compact cylinder for situations where high pressure power is required in a small installation space. The 21MPa specification thin hydraulic cylinder is introduced with the industry's smallest mounting dimensions. Additionally, a switch set equipped with a magnetic proximity switch is also available as standard. Furthermore, since the mounting pitch is the same as our "100S-1 Series" and "160S-1 Series," changing the pressure due to product modifications can be done easily. With the introduction of the "210S-1 Series," TAIYO's space-saving hydraulic cylinders now offer a lineup of five series ranging from 3.5MPa to 21MPa, allowing for better series selection based on the customer's usage environment.

We have standardized the position sensing cylinders "PTN-1B, PTH-1B series," which enable continuous position detection accuracy. The cylinder body is based on our long-established and highly varied hydraulic cylinder 70/140H-8 series, equipped with a CE-mark compliant position sensor that offers high heat resistance and seismic resistance (protection structure IP67).

The "PSR-1A series" thin hydraulic cylinder with a specification of 16MPa for position sensing is a product that incorporates a sensor capable of continuously detecting the piston position into TAIYO's thin hydraulic cylinder "160S-1 series." The sensor adopts a sleeve-type design, allowing for high-precision absolute position detection. This product is suitable for applications requiring position accuracy feedback signals in closed control systems, such as continuous position detection and automatic control machinery, which are difficult to achieve with magnetic proximity switches.
