The "ITOZ Master Series" is a groundbreaking PSA that allows for the installation of multiple child units (ExtraPSA) alongside a master unit (MasterPSA) equipped with control functions. The number of child units in operation can be controlled via the master unit's touch panel, depending on the required amount of oxygen gas. While the master unit can be used alone in preparation for future expansions, this PSA is characterized by the benefits it offers when used in combination with child units. Since the master unit comprehensively controls the child units, when considering a doubling of the O2 generation capacity, additional child units can be added at half the cost of the master unit. The operation of the child units can be stopped according to the usage of O2 gas, allowing for a reduction in electricity costs. This product achieves continuous O2 gas generation by staggering the adsorption and desorption timing with the combined child units. The "N2-DT604 Series" is a nitrogen gas generator that employs a unique membrane (membrane separation technology) for nitrogen gas generation. It requires no power supply or expensive, hazardous, and inconvenient nitrogen cylinders; it can be easily used by simply supplying compressed air. Inside the nitrogen gas generation device, there is a separation membrane called a membrane module, which consists of bundled hollow fibers. Compressed air passes through these hollow fibers to separate the gases and generate nitrogen gas (by separating it from other gases). The "ITOZ Outdoor Series" is a PSA oxygen gas generation system that allows for the control of the number of operating units based on the usage of O2 gas. By reducing the consumption of raw air, it decreases CP power consumption, resulting in significant energy savings and a reduction in CO2 emissions. Conventional two-tower PSA systems operate with two adsorption towers alternately adsorbing and desorbing, leading to intermittent O2 gas generation. The unit-controlled PSA shifts the adsorption and desorption timing with the combined units, achieving continuous O2 gas generation. As a result, the pressure within the O2 buffer tank is maintained constant, achieving a high discharge pressure of 0.3 to 0.35 MPa. Additionally, since the raw air is supplied sequentially from the air tank built into the main unit, it can protect the compressor without increasing tank capacity even when the generation amount increases.
