• Water treatment equipment

The autoclave "Induction Stirring Autoclave Unit LC" can be quickly, simply, and economically introduced as a reaction vessel for laboratory use. Each autoclave comes as a ready-to-use set, consisting of an autoclave, support frame, magnetic induction stirrer, motor for the stirrer drive, motor controller, band heater, valve, safety valve, pressure gauge, and control box. The control box is optional and is a separate unit from the autoclave unit. Therefore, it is also possible to introduce only the autoclave unit side. You can use it immediately by plugging in the power, wiring, connecting the gas piping, and cooling water. The ultra-high pressure processing device "Marugoto Ex" is a device that can easily apply a pressure of 100 MPa to materials using hydrostatic pressure. In the environment of such high pressure, various phenomena occur that are different from normal conditions. For example, typical effects include "suppression of bacterial activity," "promotion of immersion effects in materials," "structural changes in water," and "enhancement of aging processes," among many other phenomena that have been confirmed beyond those mentioned here. However, high-pressure devices are expensive and require skilled operators, which has limited research in this area. Marugoto Ex addresses all these issues and provides a simple and safe high-pressure environment. The supercritical device and equipment "high-temperature high-pressure cell with visible window" allows for real-time observation, imaging, and analytical measurement of the chemical and physical properties of fluids and solids under high temperature and high pressure. In the case of standard specifications, the main body material is Hastelloy C-276, and sapphire is used for the window pane, with a design temperature of 650°C and a design pressure of up to 50 MPa.
