A technical group with a consistent production system from press mold manufacturing to press processing, molding, and electronic component assembly.
Since our establishment, we have received strong trust from our customers for our achievements in the design and manufacturing of molds, particularly large terminal-type progressive molds, with mold flat die set sizes ranging from approximately 100mm x 100mm to 700mm x 2500mm. Additionally, in our manufacturing department, we have been committed to improving quality and technology since obtaining ISO 9001 in 1998, covering processes from press processing (with a maximum mold size of 1800mm) to the production of injection-molded products and assembly of electronic components.
Business Activities
Manufacturing of progressive press molds, precision press molds, prototype molds, various automatic machines, and various jigs using 2D/3D CAD/CAM systems and skilled workers, as well as press processing from 30t to 300t, production of injection molded products from 10t to 100t, and assembly of electronic components.
