Features: The check valves of the SVK, SVKG, and SVV series are drop prevention valves that block the circuit during suction by having a built-in ball that moves up and down, thereby suppressing the decrease in vacuum pressure within the main circuit. By attaching them to vacuum pads, they can maintain vacuum pressure even when the pad is not fully covering the workpiece, allowing for effective adhesion and transport.

The EMVP series solenoid valve is suitable for use with vacuum pumps and vacuum blowers, as it maintains pressure even at high flow rates. Being a pneumatic pilot-type solenoid valve, it allows for energy-efficient and very rapid opening and closing of the valve. The normally open valve can also handle power supply malfunctions. The SW series throttle valve is an effective flow control valve for applications where flow needs to be restricted. By narrowing the flow, it can maintain the overall vacuum pressure of the system, making it suitable for transporting highly permeable workpieces.
