While performing shower cleaning, a large amount of water is supplied to create a water flow for underwater cleaning. The cleaning tank has a double structure, and when the bucket is drawn into the tank, water is rapidly poured into the tank to create an overflow. By causing the water to overflow, oil and cutting chips are removed. Simply set the workpiece and press the start button, and the cleaning and air blow processes from bucket intake to discharge will be performed automatically. The submerged bucket will rotate while undergoing spray cleaning. The cavitation cleaning performed in a submerged state achieves significantly better cleaning results than previous shower cleaning machines. Effectively utilizing robots enables high-speed six-sided targeted cleaning, and it can also perform high-pressure cleaning at 10 MPa. It is capable of cleaning products sized W350×L220×H250 mm. In addition to the cleaning nozzle, it is equipped with an air blow nozzle, allowing for targeted air blowing as well. By effectively utilizing the robot's high-speed operation, it can also accommodate work with short cycle times. Various targeted cleaning tasks can be programmed using a teaching pendant. By combining a high-speed four-way indexing table with an inverted jig, it is possible to perform targeted cleaning on six surfaces. By converting the indexing table into an NC table, diagonal holes and multi-surface cleaning can also be achieved. In combination with a rotating nozzle, chips inside blind holes and intersecting holes are removed.
