The water-expanding rubber "Nonbee" is a blend of water-absorbent resin that can absorb 100 to 1,000 times its own weight in water and expand. This water-absorbent resin is safe and hygienic, used in products like diapers for infants. By absorbing water and increasing its volume, it can be used in areas that require water tightness, achieving a waterproof effect. However, it does not absorb water and expand rapidly; instead, it takes about a week to expand, so consideration of the environment is necessary. Additionally, the expansion rate can be manufactured to approximately 2 to 10 times (by volume) depending on the formulation. [Features] - Blends water-absorbent resin that expands upon water absorption into rubber - Safe and hygienic water-absorbent resin used in baby diapers and other products - Expands over approximately one week *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

"HP Flock" is a revolutionary extruded product that enables the electrostatic flocking process, which has been used in automotive weather strips and other applications, through a special processing method, allowing for cost reduction and improved environmental performance. Electrostatic flocking involves applying adhesive to the product and using static electricity to insert fibers into the product's surface, making it a labor-intensive process that can dirty the work environment and lead to increased costs due to secondary processing. Thanks to its unique processing method, this product eliminates the need for drying operations like those required in electrostatic flocking, allowing for cost savings. Additionally, by not using large amounts of solvents such as primers or adhesives during manufacturing, and by reducing drying processes, it can decrease CO2 emissions, making it possible to create products with lower environmental impact. The standard flock is made of nylon with a density of 3.3 dtex and a pile length of 0.5 mm, but other options for density, pile length, and material changes to polyester are also available. Moreover, the creation of colored products, multiple processing points on a single cross-section, and depending on the shape, molding with our special low-friction resin "Sube Up" is also possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
