We continue our relentless pursuit of higher technology completion and application expansion based on our three pillars of technological foundation: 1. Rolling processing 2. Precision cutting of irregular small parts 3. Plastic processing. Currently, with the aim of reducing work burden while increasing product output, we have developed a long-duration unmanned operation system by making unique improvements to state-of-the-art machinery. As a result, we have enabled delicate production planning while successfully eliminating human errors through process reduction via FM cellization. Moving forward, we aim to establish a distinctive company identity as a specialized rolling manufacturer that leverages various "proprietary technologies," leaving no room for others to follow.

• Processing Contract

Our greatest technical feature is our excellent know-how not only in conventional cutting processes but also in the field of plastic processing. A representative example of this is our production technology for "rolled screws," where our unique method applies pressure to the rod material to directly shape the threads, enabling the creation of products with high strength. *We focus on Tr screws ranging from Tr8 to Tr16 and worms from m0.4 to m1.2.
