In hexagonal hole processing, machining can be done for opposite sides of 1.5, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 22, 24, and up to 27.

Our company processes hexagonal holes, square holes, cross holes, and Torx holes using a press machine. For hexagonal hole processing, we can handle sizes with a distance across flats of 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 17, 19, 22, 24, and 27 millimeters. We can also process inch sizes with distances across flats of 3.56, 3.96, 4.76, 5.56, 6.35, 7.95, and 9.52. For square hole processing, we can handle sizes of 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9.52, 10, 12, and 13. For cross hole processing, we can handle NO1, NO2, NO3, and NO4. Additionally, we sell shanks for die sets with hexagonal holes for press molds.
